In order to achieve fruitful collaboration, AIST offers various collaboration models such as Commissioned Research and Joint Research.

Commissioned Research

AIST conducts research commissioned by companies or corporations. You can advance your research into technical areas that require technologies not available to you by using our research potential, and can also save time and expense for your research activities. This may develop into new joint research with AIST.  

Joint Research

AIST works together with companies, universities and/or public institutes to conduct research and development with shared themes, objectives and goals.
