AIST Tokyo Waterfront promotes cutting-edge R&Ds focusing on fusion of bio and information technologies are conducted, such as development of a rational drug discovery process utilizing robotics and computational biology, medical use of genomic data, artificial intelligence researches to create values from big-data, digitization of human functions and behaviors etc.  Located in Tokyo, public-private-partnership through various collaborations, technology transfer, fostering of young researchers, outreach activities, etc. are performed proactively.
