We are recruiting the following researchers to promote the development of leading-edge semiconductor devices.
1. Researchers who develop the advanced semiconductor technologies (advanced integrated circuit design, next-generation CMOS device process development, etc.),
2. Researchers who develop new materials, three-dimensional integration technology, Si qubit devices
3. Researchers who develop environmental impact assessment and green technology for semiconductor manufacturing
4. Researchers who develop semiconductor processes for the development of ultra-low power consumption devices and new principle devices, external use of facilities, etc. using the PoC fab at AIST.
We welcome not only those who have research experience in semiconductor devices, but also researchers who are motivated to promote integrated, challenging research across fields regardless of their specialty.We also welcome those who do not have a doctoral degree but who are motivated to utilize their practical experience at a company for the social implementation of AIST's R&D. |

AIST is recruiting the following researchers to promote the development of novel functional devices.
1. Researcher, who promotes experimental studies on novel electronic devices based on new principles and/or new materials in the fields of spintronics, quantum technology, neuromorphic computing, etc.
2. Researcher, who promotes R&D of devices and process technologies for non-volatile memory MRAM, TMR magnetic sensors, etc. by using AIST's 300mm process facility.
Concerning 1, special expertise and experiences are not required.
Concerning 2, it is desirable (but not strictly required) that applicants have experience on R&D of semiconductor devices at device manufacturer or tool manufacturer.

1. Researcher who promotes a series of research from designing to verification of the electronic devices for quantum computing, ultra-low power consumption, edge computing, next-generation communication, and environment-resistant electronics.
2. Researcher who promotes a research for developing emerging materials such as superconductors, functional oxides, compound semiconductors, and organic, and their device technologies.
3. Reseacher who promotes a research on advanced processing technologies based on laser and low-temperature plasma and processes for three-dimensional integration and packaging and MEMS.
4. Researcher who promotes a research on functional electronic devices and their manufacturing technologies suitable for variant and variable production. The applicants are expected to have sufficient technical background and research achievements on the relevant fields such as applied physics, materials science, chemistry, electrical and electronic engineering.
