We recruit researchers who can contribute to the research and development on innovative technologies in the field of advanced power electronics based on wide-bandgap semiconductors. Applicants are expected to have the skills or experiences of crystal growth/wafer process technologies (and their integration), device design/process/characterization technologies (and their integration), power device packaging process, as well as knowledge and enthusiasm on the power electronics applications. We welcome those who do not have a doctoral degree but who are motivated to utilize their practical experience at a company for the social implementation of AIST's research and development. |
