Report on the exhibit at the 6th Fukushima Renewable Energy Industry Fair (REIF Fukushima 2017) held November 8th (Wednesday) – 9th (Thursday)
We held an exhibit at the 6th Fukushima Renewable Energy Industry Fair (REIF Fukushima 2017) from November 8th (Wednesday) to 9th (Thursday) at Big Palette Fukushima (Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture).
We introduced the latest information on everything from core elemental technologies to system integration technology aimed at large-scale introduction of renewable energy, including energy networks that connect systems, hydrogen carriers that store energy, hydrogen and thermal systems that use energy, wind power energy that reads the wind, solar power that harnesses the power of the sun, geothermal power that utilizes the power of the Earth, and subterranean power that conserves energy underground. Inside the exhibit booth, research assistants gave presentations about our research. Over 260 people visited our booth during the two-day period.
Also, on November 9th, a tour of FREA was held as part of REIF Fukushima 2017, and 38 people toured the research facilities of FREA.
According to a presentation by the event organizers, a total of 6,985 people visited the event during the two days, making it a great success.
